Our fourth symposium on Ohio Archaeology, once again,  was a success. The symposium committee would like to thank all of the volunteers and speakers who attended our symposium. Our scheduled speakers included:
Dr. James Adovasio (Keynote): The role of women in prehistory.
Robert N. Converse : Insight into the Intrusive Mound Culture .
Darrin Lowery : Intrusve Mound: A Comparisom between Late Middle Woodland Complexes in the East .
John C. Rummel : Evidence of Hopewell Ceremonialism in the Miami River Valley.
Dr. Michael Wiant : The Rise of Archaic Period Cultures.
Dr. Richard Michael Gramly : Abstract Stone Sculptures of Ancestors: Some Examples from Prehistoric North America.

Dr. John Halsey : Hopewell in Michigan


Stan Baker :
  Interpreting Indigenous Face Carvings Found in the Upper Ohio Valley.
